As we develop our e-commerce website for businesses and our frozen processed food business, our customers are increasingly demanding product safety.

Due to rising sea temperatures caused by global warming, there have been more problems with parasites such as anisakis in recent years than usual, and these problems are now being found in various types of fish.

We use special freezing technology (-24°C for more than 24 hours) to freeze fish, which solves the problem of anisakis,
but customers are now asking us to test for other bacteria (general viable count, coliform bacteria, Salmonella, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, etc.).

Miura Suisan is strengthening its sanitation measures with the mandatory HACCP system, but as these are invisible parts, we believe that we must continue to thoroughly test them.

To that end, we will create an environment where we can conduct bacterial testing at any time, and aim to always produce safe and secure products.
We believe that this will not only ensure the safety of our products, but also the safety of our business partners and customers.

Furthermore, in response to the labor shortage that has been identified as an issue in recent years, we believe that bacterial testing will make it possible to provide products that can be thawed and used as is safely and securely, even for use in commercial kitchens, making operations easier.
