From wholesale to processing

WHOLESALE AND RETAIL

We have been exhibiting since around 2014, and initially began exhibiting with the desire to utilize our experience as a wholesaler to ship live abalone, turban shells, and spiny lobsters, as well as fresh fish caught at Ito Port, all across the country.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have shifted our focus to processing, and our exhibits now focus on frozen processed seafood products, which meet the needs of the times and have been well received by many customers.

We are exhibiting because we want people from all over Japan and the world to enjoy Ito’s fresh fish and our products, and we are proud to play a role in spreading the word about the critical situation facing the primary industry due to declining resources, the changes in fish species due to the loss of four seasons, and the trend of consumers turning away from fish.

but from now on we will be developing many BtoC (consumer) products.
