弊社は1985年設立の水産会社です。
この40年で水産業界もかなり変化しました。
水産資源の激減、海水温上昇による磯枯れ減少、消費者の魚離れ、市場の変化。
そんな状況下で40年続けられたのもお客様、仕入れ先、社員、社員の家族、地域の皆様のおかげだと感じております。
弊社も少しずつではありますが変わりつつあります。
あわび、さざえ、伊勢海老の専門店としての基盤はそのままに取扱商品を伊東港で水揚げされた鮮魚や水産冷凍加工品へと幅を広げています。
特に加工業務に関しては2023年には加工場を新設して2024年にはISO22000を取得してよりお客様へ安心安全な商品提供を志しております。
これから我々には多くの課題が圧し掛かってきます。会社一丸となって解決へと進めております。

MANAGER / DELIVERY
You can choose to work as a full-time employee or a part-time worker.
As an employee of Miura Suisan, your main job will be to deliver to customers via route. Even if you are a beginner, veteran staff will accompany you.
You can rest assured that you will receive kind and careful instruction. You will gain the trust of customers at your delivery destination, and at the same time, you will also gain responsibility. In the process, you will also acquire sales skills.
With responsibility comes a sense of fulfillment. You will also gain more knowledge.
Of course, you will be evaluated for skill development. The more you work, the more you will be evaluated for results. This is truly a give-and-take approach.

Fisheries Processing Department Staff
PRODUCT PROCESSING
You can choose to work as a full-time employee or a part-time employee.
You will be working in a new factory. As we have obtained ISO22000 certification, strict hygiene management is required. Our staff will kindly and carefully provide guidance to those with no experience in seafood processing.
We will work together toward our goals, encouraging each other, and will provide proper evaluation when we achieve them.
